Boy, 12, Charged With Sex Abuse In Yorkville Pool Incident
The 12-year-old is also charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated battery, Yorkville police said.
YORKVILLE, IL — A 12-year-old boy is charged with aggravated battery in a public place and criminal sexual abuse stemming from an incident that happened at a Yorkville swimming pool on Aug. 26, according to a news release from the Yorkville Police Department.
The Yorkville Police Department also charged the boy with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident that took place at a home in Yorkville on Sept. 1, the news release said.
