Brush Clean Up Begins In Yorkville Following Storms

The City of Yorkville said crews are starting brush clean up, and will pick up brush from residents' curbs on the date announced below.

YORKVILLE, IL — The City of Yorkville said public works crews began the clean up process Tuesday morning following Monday's storms. According to the city, crews will mainly focus on removing dangerous parkway trees or limbs this week, including those found to be blocking the road or sidewalk. Once this task is completed, crews will return for the smaller brush piles, the city said.

The city added that normal brush pick up is scheduled to begin Monday, giving all residents time to get brush to their curb for collection.
