City Council Approves Yorkville Tavern, Tasting Room

Report said Yorkville City Council approves 3,000-square foot tavern and tasting room in one-story Kendall Crossing building.

YORKVILLE, IL — A special use permit requested by the Yorkville-based Flight Team LLC has been approved by the City Council for a new tavern with a tasting room on Kendall Crossing property, The Chicago Tribune said. According to city documents, the tavern and tasting room would take up part of a 7,000-square foot building on one-acre of property, which sits near a hotel, NCG Cinemas and more, The Chicago Tribune reported.

3,000 square feet of the building would consist of the tavern and tasting room, in addition to a planned beer garden, according to a memo from City Administrator Bart Olson to council members.
