City Of Yorkville 2018 Holiday Office Hours, Trash Collection
Holiday garbage collection schedule change also noted.
YORKVILLE, IL — The United City of Yorkville is reminding community members that city offices will be closed for the holidays on Monday, Dec. 24, Tuesday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Jan. 1. City officials also want to remind the public that garbage collection will be delayed one day during the next two weeks due to Christmas and New Years.
For example, if your normal garbage pick up day falls on Christmas and New Year's Day (Tuesday, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1), your garbage will be collected on Wednesday during both weeks.
