Driver Accused Of DUI In Yorkville Crash That Hurt 2 People

Yorkville police are investigating a crash that happened Saturday evening on Route 34 between Game Farm Road and Cannonball Trail.

Police said Mark A. Sepplefrick, 48, from the 1300 block of Chestnut Circle in Yorkville, was driving the other car, and faces charges stemming from accusations of driving under the influence, according to Kendall County Now.

YORKVILLE, IL — Yorkville police are investigating a crash that happened Saturday on Route 34 between Game Farm Road and Cannonball Trail, which resulted in one person being arrested. According to police, that area was temporarily blocked due to a traffic crash investigation.

Kendall County Now reported two people were hurt in the two-car crash that happened at 6:40 p.m., according to police. One of the drivers, Jose A Capuzano, 19, from the 90 block of 5th Street in Aurora, and a passenger in his car were hurt and taken to a hospital, police said, adding that Campuzano was cited for driving without a valid license and operating an uninsured vehicle.

According to police, Mark A. Sepplefrick, 48, from the 1300 block of Chestnut Circle in Yorkville, was driving the other car, and faces charges stemming from accusations of driving under the influence, and also received a number of citations, Kendall County Now reported.
