The doctor was charged with sexually assaulting patients in 2014

The final arguments were offered in a bench trial of Dr. Haohua Yang in Kendall County Court on Wednesday, according to WSPY. The case was set for a jury trial until Dr. Yang opted for a bench trial on Monday.

Court documents show that Yang was charged with criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual abuse in December 2014.
