The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning due to an ice jam in North Central Kendall County.
The warning is in effect until 4 p.m. Jan. 14.
Flooding has been reported just east of Yorkville along the Fox River. Ice jam flooding is occurring in the low lying areas along the Fox River. River levels may fluctuate rapidly due to ice with little or no warning, according to the National Weather Service.

Residents should remain alert for possible flooding.
