Food for Fines Ends Wednesday at Yorkville Public Library
One can, box, or bag of unexpired food is being taken in lieu of money for one fine.
Yorkville Public Library’s Food for Fines program ends Wednesday.
Throughout the month of September, the library has been accepting non-perishable food items in lieu of fines. All food collected goes to the Kendall County Food Pantry.
Canned, boxed or bagged food can be dropped off during library business hours.
