Free Drive-Thru Flu Shot event is Sept. 2 in North Aurora
Mark your calendars! The free Drive-Thru Flu Shot event Sept. 2 is hosted by Sen. Jim Oberweis and Rep. Keith Wheeler.
NORTH AURORA – Senior citizens will have an opportunity to get a flu shot from the comfort of their vehicles at a free Drive-Thru Flu Shot event Sept. 2 hosted by State Sen. Jim Oberweis (R-Sugar Grove) and State Rep. Keith Wheeler (R-Oswego).
The free Drive-Thru Flu Shot event is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to noon, Sept. 2, in the parking lot of the lawmakers’ shared District Office at 959 Oak St. in North Aurora.
The flu shots will be administered by Jewel-Osco. They are free with Medicare B and most insurance. Participants are required to remain in their cars.
