YORKVILLE, IL — Starting Sunday, the Kendall County Highway Department is replacing the Galena Road bridge over Blackberry Creek. During construction, Galena Road is closed east of Dickson Road and West of Kennedy Road.
The posted detour is along Cannonball Trail, Bristol Ridge Road and Kennedy Road.
The bridge replacement is expected to be completed by September.
