GoFundMe Account Created to Cover Funeral Expenses for Allison Bradford

The Aurora Central Catholic teen, who played softball with the Yorkville Sparks, died in a car crash Tuesday night.

Allison “Ally” Bradford of Aurora loved sports. The 16-year-old Aurora Central Catholic High School student was killed in a car wreck Tuesday night. Her friends remember her as the girl who “always brought a smile with her.”

She grew up playing in the Aurora Area Girls Softball. She enjoyed volleyball, basketball and track at St. Rita of Cascia Catholic School, which she attended until the eighth grade. She played softball with the Yorkville Sparks and Illinois Blues, and she played Cyclones club volleyball. She played on the volleyball, softball and basketball teams at the high school.

Her family notes that two separate GoFundMe accounts were created to raise money to cover Ally Bradford’s funeral expenses. “Both accounts are legit and were created by family members without realizing the other had already done it. All monies received will be going to Ally’s family. Thank you in advance for all of your help,” writes her family.
