Judge Asks DuPage County to Hear Court Official's Battery Case

Kendall County Judge Timothy J. McCann requested that DuPage County hear the battery case against Robyn Ingemunson, according to the Beacon News.

"It is my opinion, as Presiding Judge of Kendall County, that this matter should not be heard by any judge currently sitting in Kendall County," Judge McCann wrote in a letter to DeKalb County Chief Judge Robbin Stuckert.

Yorkville resident Robyn Ingemunson is the Clerk of the Kendall County Circuit Court. According to police reports, she was involved in an argument with another woman in a Yorkville bar on December 21.

Ingemunson is accused of pushing a woman's head with an open hand. The other woman was not injured in the incident.
