Kendall Co. Sheriff’s Office Reports: Aggravated Battery

The following is a roundup of arrests and incidents reported by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

YORKVILLE, IL—Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

William Paul, 30, of the 100 block of Appletree Court, Yorkville, was charged at 7:35 p.m. May 13 for aggravated battery.

Molly Lee, 19, of the 700 block of Versailles Parkway, Oswego, was charged at 11:40 a.m. May 13 for resisting or obstructing a peace officer or correctional institution employee. Lee was also charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of a controlled substance and domestic battery.

Maribel Madrigal, 27, of the 1900 block of Windette Drive, Montgomery, was charged at 1:32 p.m. May 13 for an in-state warrant.
