Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office Reports: Criminal Sexual Abuse
The following is a roundup of arrests and incidents reported by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.
YORKVILLE, IL—Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Edward Phillips, 36, of the 700 block of Rock Street, Plano, was charged at 6:39 p.m. May 6 for criminal sexual abuse.
Alexander Kusch, 24, of the 300 block of Pepperwood Lane, Glendale Heights, was charged at 10:22 a.m. May 7 for possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy Williams, 21, of the 200 block of West Rosalie Road, Palatine, was charged at 3:36 a.m. May 7 for in-state warrant.
Angelica Finley, 20, of the 300 block of Georgeanna Street, Yorkville, was charged at 12 a.m. May 7 for retail theft.

Kathryn Sanchez, 38, of the 200 block of Elizabeth Street, Yorkville, was charged at 9:30 p.m. May 7 for in-state warrant.
Robert Sayles, 45, of the 100 block of Colonial Parkway, Yorkville, was charged at 6:49 a.m. May 6 for resisting or obstructing a peace officer or correctional institution employee. Sayles was also charged with battery.
Jilaina Taylor, 38, of the 200 block of Gallant Fox Circle, Montgomery, was charged at 11:04 a.m. May 6 for domestic battery.
Samantha Johnson, 27 of the 0-100 block of Circle Drive, Montgomery, was charged at 2:34 p.m. May 6 for violations to animal control act.
Devontay Leftridge, 23, of the 400 block of North East Street, Plano, was charged at 3:58 p.m. May 6 for cannabis trafficking. Leftridge was also charged with suspended or revoked driver’s license and domestic battery.
Tommie Hosey, 37, of 16S CHGWING AV, Joliet, was charged 12 a.m. May 7 for domestic battery.
Nicholas Molandro, 29, of the 7600 block of Ashely Road, Yorkville, was charged at 8:06 p.m. May 6 for driving under the influence.
Juan Hernandez, 32, of the 9800 block of Ament Road, Yorkville, was charged at 2:33 a.m. May 5 for driving under the influence.
A theft of medication was reported to Sheriff’s Deputies that occurred between April 28 and May 3 in the 2600 block of Light Road. The incident is under investigation.
A report of criminal damage to property was reported at approximately 3:20 p.m. May 5 to the 0-99 block of Oak Creek Drive. An interior door was damaged by a family member who does not live at the residence. The investigation is ongoing.
Miguel Torres, 18, of the 300 block of Stratford Place, Bloomingdale, was stopped May 5 for speeding and found to have a suspended Illinois’ driver’s license. Torres was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding.
A property damage accident was reported at 7:48 p.m. May 5 in the area of I-80 and Ridge Road. During the investigation, authorities found that Carla Marie Millan-Rollan, 32, of the 300 block of Maple Drive, Morris, was operating a motor vehicle with no driver’s license. Millan-Rollan was cited for no driver’s license.
A report of a hit-and-run accident that occurred at 9:58 p.m. May 5 in the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Road, unincorporated Oswego Township. The investigation is ongoing.
A report of disorderly conduct was reported at 9:50 p.m. May 5 in the 800 block of Van Emmon Road, unincorporated Oswego Township.
Juan Hernandez, 32, of the 8000 block of Ament Road, Yorkville, was arrested May 5 for driving under the influence in the area of Caton Farm Road and Grove Road, Na Au Say Township. Hernandez was also charged for a stop sign violation.
A report of criminal damage to property was reported at 4:15 p.m. May 4 to the 1300 block of Light Road, unincorporated Oswego Township. A cement lawn statue was damaged by a juvenile with a skateboard. The incident is under investigation.
A report of theft was reported at 12 p.m. May 3 to the 4300 block of Tuma Road, Yorkville. The victim reported an item of jewelry was missing, but it was later recovered and further assistance was declined.
A report of domestic battery occurred May 3 in the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way, unincorporated Oswego Township. No parties wished to sign complaints. The incident is under investigation.
A report of a head-on accident with injures was reported at 10:38 a.m. May 3 in the area of Route 34 and Osage Court, unincorporated Oswego Township. Ronald Ronald Harper, 79, of the 800 block of Sherman Street, Aurora, was driving May 3 when he sideswiped the vehicle of a 30-year-old woman from Yorkville. Harper was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
A report filed May 3 regarding forgery that occurred on Oct. 21, 2018, in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass, unincorporated Oswego Township. The investigation is ongoing.
Hector Antonio Barrera-Correa, 30 of the 1800 block of Thornapple Way, Aurora, was charged at 6:07 p.m. May 3 in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive for driving under the influence.
Enrique Garcia Jr., 38, of the 800 block of Liberty Street, Aurora, was charged at 8:04 p.m. April 26 for domestic battery.
Matthew Bronner, 31, of the Briar Knoll, Anvoy, was charged at 1:20 a.m. April 6 for domestic battery.
Brent Kelley, 38, of the 1700 block of Hazelnut Lane, Aurora, was charged at 8:09 p.m. May 3 for retail theft.
Donzell Washington, 22, of the 500 block of North Constitution, Aurora, was charged at 9:16 p.m. May 3 for possession of controlled substance.
Khalid Bin Walee, 38, of the 4500 block of Joliet Avenue, Lyons, was charged at 10:48 p.m. May 3 for fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. Bin Walee was also charged for obstructing justice and domestic battery.
Eugene Mitchelle, 45, of the 500 block of Ashland Avenue, Aurora, was charged at 10:49 p.m. May 3 for domestic battery.
