Kendall County Sheriff’s Office Reports: Hit-And-Run

The following is a roundup of arrests and incidents reported by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

YORKVILLE, IL—Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

A report of a hit-and-run accident was noted at 8:26 a.m. May 14, at which point the vehicle of a Montgomery man was struck by an unknown male in the area of Caton Farm and Ashley roads.

A report of criminal trespass to property was noted at 8 p.m. May 14 when a complainant found that a neighbor had trespassed onto land he owns.

Kendall County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded at 9:28 p.m. May 14 to the 1000 block of Route 30 to a report of battery. Stephon Wesby, 57, of the 100 block of Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, was taken into custody for battery and transported to Kendall County Jail.

Nicholas Housinger, 19, of the 400 block of Dancer Lane, was charged at 1:53 p.m. May 14 for resisting or obstructing a peace officer or correctional institution employee. Housinger was also charged for battery and domestic battery.

Bridgette North, 40, of the 2200 block of Covington Lane, Joliet, was charged at 7:37 p.m. May 14 for criminal trespass to property.

Daniel Decesare, 29, of the 0-99 block of Knollwood Drive, Montgomery, was charged at 11:14 p.m. May 14 for criminal trespass to property and retail theft.

Perry Wood, 31, of the 300 block of Sweetbriar Place, Plano, was charged at 6:34 p.m. May 14 for an in-state warrant.

Ryan Riemensnider, 26, of the 100 block of Lafayette Street, Somonauk, was charged at 9:45 p.m. May 14 for possession of a controlled substance. Riemensnider was also charged for delivery of or possession with intent to deliver.
