Man Faces 16 Counts Of Dissemination Of Private Sexual Videos

Jeremy J. Fetzer, from Naperville, faces 16 felony counts of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, Yorkville Police said.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Naperville man was arrested Friday on accusations of spreading private sexual videos. According to a news release from the Yorkville Police Department, 43-year-old Jeremy J. Fetzer, from the 3400 block of Parliament Lane, faces 16 felony counts of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images as a result of an investigation during which authorities learned Fetzer is accused of disseminating private sexual videos of the victim without the victim's permission.

On Friday, Fetzer was arrested at his home and taken to the Kendall County Jail, the news release said. He's being held on $50,000 bond (10 percent to apply).
