'Missing' 5 And 6 Year Old In Yorkville Found
They walked home instead of taking the bus
Just after 4 p.m. on Thursday, police responded to a report of two children from missing Circle Center School in Yorkville, according to a department press release. Authorities received a report that a 5-year-old and a 6-year-old did not get on the bus after school and their whereabouts were not known. Yorkville police, the Bristol-Kendall Fire Department and the Kendall Sheriff's Department were involved in the search. The children were located, and authorities determined that the two had safely walked home instead of taking the bus.
