North Section Of Cannonball Trail At Route 34 To Close
The city announced that the closure will begin on Friday.
YORKVILLE, IL — As part of the Illinois Department of Transportation's Route 34 West project, the Cannonball Trail and Route 34 intersection will close starting Friday, June 29, the city announced. The city said that Beecher Road and Isabel Drive will remain open for drivers to access Home Depot, Dicks, Kohls, Target and other stores along Northland and Erica Lanes.
The Cannonball Trail and Route 34 intersection will remain closed until August 10 to complete infrastructure and roadway improvements, the city said.
The city said that signage will go up in the area to show drivers alternate routes.
