Premier West Gymnastics Academy

The Premier West 2014-2015 girls‘ gymnastics team just wrapped up their most successful competitive season.

The team, which consists of Levels 3-9 took home a combined 44 individual event and state all around titles. Each All Around winner was also presented with an invitation to the Illinois State Banquet in June. As a team Premier West placed in all levels where they competed, in which there were approximately 50 teams.
Level 3 took 1st Place as a team, as well as, three all around state champions: Allison Anderson, Ericka Beltran and Brianna Beckerman
Level 4 took 1st Place as a team, as well as, four all around state champions: Ciara Gambino, Kendall Riebe, Payton Hejza and Kennedy Hugunin
Level 6 took 3rd place in the Juniors division, as well as, Natasia Beston capturing first in the all around
Level 7 took 1st in the Juniors (Paige Klimavicius, Mia Lucero, Jenna Demas, Meaghan O’connor, Amanda Spangler, Elise Store and Jordyn Novack) and Seniors (Ella Imbrogno, Emily Marra, Olivia Nelson, Natasha Williams and Alex Salinas) Division, as well as, Emily Marra and Ella Imbrogno taking home all around state titles.

Level 8 took 5th Place as a team

During their state event, levels 8 and up are able to qualify to Regionals with a qualifying all around score. All 15 of the level 8/9 girls reached that score and qualified to Regionals with 5 of these girls making it on the State Team. Regional Vault champ is Annabelle Howat and Regional Floor champ is Amelia Greenfield
During the Regional meet two of Premier West‘s level 9 gymnasts (Alyssa Nore and Alex Wood) qualified to Nationals

Finally, to round out the season, Premier West’s TOPS team qualified four girls to Nationals with 2 of these girls qualifying to the A and B team (which can be seen in this month’s USAG magazine)
National Qualifiers are Giada Taranto, Julia Raczyk, Amelia Greenfield (A Team) and Katie Lagman (B Team)
