Sandwich Golf Outing Raises Funds For Open Door
The June 21 charity event strives to provide a fun outing for golfers and their friends.

SANDWICH, IL—Open Door Rehabilitation Center is looking to host a golf outing to provide a fun way to encourage people to support programs and services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The annual community event will get underway with a shotgun, best ball scramble at 12:30 p.m. June 21 at Bliss Creek Golf Club in Sandwich.
Organizers want all golfers to consider coming out in support of the cause.
The day will feature complimentary drinks, free range tokens, and a delicious steak dinner and dessert.

Contests include a golf ball drop, lowest team score, straightest drive, closest to the pin and a hole-in-one with a grand prize.
Sponsorship opportunities remain available to area organizations and individuals. Those interested will be recognized in the Open Door newsletter, banquet program, website and Facebook posts.
