Scenes For TV Series Being Filmed In Yorkville
ACA Productions will be filming scenes for the pilot episode of "The Dryver" beginning Oct. 26.

YORKVILLE, IL — Scenes for an upcoming comedic TV series will be filmed in Yorkville beginning this Friday. According to United City of Yorkville, ACA Productions will be filming scenes for "The Dryver" at the following dates and times:
- Friday, Oct. 26: Between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at various locations on Route 47 for interior vehicle shots; between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. near East Main and Bruell Streets.
- Sunday, Oct. 28: Between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at various locations on Route 47 for interior vehicle shots; between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Town Square.
- Friday, Nov. 9: Between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at various locations on Route 47 for interior vehicle shots; between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Town Square.
Updates on additional production dates, locations and times will be posted to United City of Yorkville's Facebook page.
City officials said all video production will be centered on and in vehicles, with some exterior shots within streets and sidewalks in the areas focusing on passengers going in and out of vehicles. Background shots of private property will be blurred or unfocused in accordance with standard film practices, officials said.
