Tickets On Sale For Pork Chop Dinner Fundraiser
The pork chop dinner will take place June 20 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the University of Illinois Extension Office, 7775B Route 47.

YORKVILLE, IL—Tickets are currently on sale for the Friends of Extension and 4-H Foundation’s annual pork chop dinner. The fundraiser will take place June 20 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the University of Illinois Extension Office, 7775B Route 47, in Yorkville. Proceeds will benefit programs provided by the University of Illinois Extension Office in Kendall County.
New this time around, is a drive-thru format and new location.
Those interested will get to choose from a two-chop dinner for $12, one-chop dinner for $11 or a pork-burger meal for $7. Each meal comes with applesauce, coleslaw, baked beans, dinner roll and a cookie.

The public can purchase tickets from 4-H members and the Kendall County Extension Office until May 31, officials said. Some tickets may be available for purchase at the door for an additional charge.
The event puts groups of volunteers to use to make the fundraiser possible.
