Yorkville Doctor Found Not Guilty in Sexual Assault Case
The Kendall County State's Attorney's office could pursue three other cases with similar charges against the doctor

On Friday, Judge Timothy McCann ruled that Dr. Haohua Yang was not guilty of sexual assaulting one of his patients, according to WSPY.
Judge McCann issued the decision on Kendall County Court on Friday morning.
"I'm very pleased. We fought hard and I think that was the right decision," Yang's defense lawyer Terry Gillespie told WSPY. Dr. Yang still faces up to three similar cases of sexually assaulting his patients.

The Kendall County Assistant State's Attorney, Nemura Pencyla, did not comment on whether his office will pursue the other cases.
Dr. Yang is still in jail, pending a decision on the other charges. His next court date is February 15.
