Yorkville Getting 4 New Playgrounds
According to the City of Yorkville, the new playgrounds will be installed at the following parks.
YORKVILLE, IL — The City of Yorkville announced in the city's Aug. 3 newsletter that the city council recently approved the purchase of four new playgrounds. According to the city, the new playgrounds will be installed at Caledonia and Autumn Creek North parks, and Beecher and Purcell parks' playgrounds will be replaced throughout throughout the remainder of 2020 and in 2021.
According to the city, here are the themes for the new playgrounds:
- Autumn Creek – Nature
- Caledonia – Tree House
- Purcell – General
- Beecher – High Adventure
