Yorkville Man Charged With 2nd DUI After Injuring Himself And Another Driver: Oswego Police
He was on probation for a DUI in September, according to court records

Tommie L. Hosey, a 35-year-old from Yorkville, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash that sent him and an Oswego man to the hospital, according to the Oswego Police.
The crash occurred just after 4:30 p.m. on Sunday near the intersection of Orchard Road and Lewis Street. Hosey rear-ended another vehicle, injuring himself and another driver, according to police. Both men were transported to the hospital.
Hosey was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license.

According to Kendall County Court records, Hosey pleaded guilty a charge of driving while intoxicated in September 2016. He was sentenced to 12 months probation, alcohol counseling, 100 hours of community service, and a nearly $2000 fine. Will County Court records indicate that Hosey was charged with numerous criminal and traffic offenses.
A charge is merely an accusation of a crime, not a finding of guilt.
