Yorkville Man Speeding 35-Plus Mph Over Limit: Sheriff

The following is a roundup of arrests and incidents reported by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

YORKVILLE, IL—Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Brian Hausler, 50, of the 300 block of East Washington Street, Yorkville, was charged at 11:14 p.m. May 12 for an in-state warrant. Hausler was also charged for obstructing identification, speeding 35-plus miles per hour over the limit, reckless driving, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Scott Senter, 28, of the 200 block of Little Rock Road, Plano, was charged at 5:10 a.m. May 12 for driving under the influence.

James Kempiak, 21, of the 300 block of East Washington Street, Yorkville, was charged at 9:08 p.m. May 12 for driving under the influence.

Diane Kellet, 47, of the 500 block of Pine Avenue, Aurora, was charged at 11:41 p.m. May 12 for an in-state warrant.

An incident of criminal damage to property was reported May 12 to the 2600 block of Light Road. The complainant reported their vehicle’s rear hatch window had been smashed in. The incident is still under investigation.
