Yorkville Schools Asking For Feedback
Parents and community members alike are asked to share their input about the district.

YORKVILLE, IL — Yorkville CUSD 115 is asking district parents and community members to share their opinions about various aspects of the district in an online survey. Survey responses will be collected through Friday, June 1.
Both the parent survey (for adults who have a child currently attending a District 115 school), and the community survey (for adults who live or work within District 115’s boundaries but do not have a child currently attending a district school) are available on the district website at www.y115.org/2018survey.
A similar survey was distributed in 2016, and asked District 115 stakeholders to identify strengths within the school district and opportunities for growth. Through the surveys and focus groups, community members, parents, students, and employees provided feedback that led to the development of a three-year strategic plan. The plan focused all new district initiatives on four student-centered goal areas and action plans that addressed the community’s input.

As the district enters the final year of the plan, they are again reaching out to stakeholders to thoughtfully and thoroughly share their feedback through a parent or community member survey. Survey results will serve to validate the district’s work thus far, and set the path for the next three years.
Questions regarding the survey or requests for a paper copy of the survey can be directed to Kristine Liptrot at kliptrot@y115.org or by calling 630-553-4382.
