Ankeny Police Department Resumes Fingerprinting Services By Appointment

The Ankeny Police Department has begun offering fingerprinting services again, starting today, Thursday, April 8, 2021, by appointment only. Appointments can be reserved Tuesday - Thursday, between noon and 4:30 p.m. Schedule your appointment now.

Fingerprinting services are $15 for Ankeny residents and $20 for nonresidents. Payment is due at the time the appointment is booked.

Fingerprinting services will take place at the Ankeny Police Department, located at 411 SW Ordnance Road.

• Masks are required upon entry to the Ankeny Police Department
• One person per appointment only, unless you are accompanying a minor or someone who requires extra assistance
• Must provide universally accepted photo ID (i.e.: State Driver's License, State I.D.)
