New Sculpture and Photography Exhibits in Ankeny

Exhibition Showing: October 4 - September 30, 2016
Opening Reception: Thursday, October 6, 5-7:00pm

The Ankeny Art Center presents sculpture by Annick Ibsen in the main gallery and photography by Gary Hoard in the side gallery from October 4 - September 30, 2016. Wine and appetizers will be served at the reception for the artists on Thursday, October 6, 5-7:00pm.

Annick Ibsen, a sculptor and painter will have two series of work on display: her new JAZZ series and her superb Personalities series. Gary Hoard's photography exhibit ‘Naturally Iowa’ is a wonderful collection of photographic images on metal of Iowa plants, birds and animals in their natural environments, and Iowa landscapes.
