Chad Anthony Leto, age 30, was born, April 11, 1983 in Des Moines, Iowa. He died September 22, 2013 in Ankeny, Iowa due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A Celebration of Chad’s Life was held Sept. 26 at The Elkhart Community Center.
Chad was a great man with a great smile. He will be missed by his family and friends.
