Karen A. McCargar, 72, of Ankeny passed away on March 17, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

A Memorial Service was held on March 21 at Memorial Services of Iowa funeral home (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd.)

Karen was born in Marshalltown, Iowa June 8, 1940. She grew up in State Center and graduated from State Center High School.
