Tom Varilek, 53, Ankeny, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.

Funeral services were held March 2 at St. Leo Catholic Church, Tyndall, S.D. Burial was at St. Leo Catholic Cemetery, Tyndall.
