Delgado Community College (Jefferson Campus): Delgado Dolphins Krewe Of Vax Provides COVID-19 Vaccinations To 131 Individuals

The Delgado Dolphins Krewe of Vax attracted 131 individuals from Delgado Community
College and surrounding neighborhoods to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations at the
Delgado City Park Campus on April 28.

A Mardi Gras atmosphere with music, food, beads, and dancing made the event fun for
everyone.

The event was co-sponsored by Delgado Community College, Ochsner Health, and the Braveheart Foundation. It was an official Bring Back Louisiana vaccination event supported by the Louisiana Department of Health.
