Alsobrooks to Hold Community Meetings in Upper Marlboro
Her monthly Community in the Courthouse meetings are designed to get local residents involved with the justice system.

Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela D. Alsobrooks is inviting the community to attend her monthly Community in the Courthouse meetings, where local residents can get involved with the criminal justice system.
Participants speak directly with prosecutors, judges and other members of the judicial system to learn how rulings, sentencing and disposition of criminal cases affects residents.
“It’s extremely important that our residents stay engaged and knowledgeable regarding cases affecting our community,” Alsobrooks said in a statement. “The presence of community members in the courthouse can have a tremendous impact.”
