Baker Schedules Public Budget Hearings

All hearings will be live streamed on the county government website for those unable to attend.

It may only be January, but planning for the Prince George's County Fiscal Year 2015 budget is already well under way. 

County Executive Rushern Baker, III has scheduled three public hearings on the budget that will take place over the next several weeks. Citizens are encouraged to attend, though it should be noted that comments will be timed and limited to three minutes per person. 

Details on the scheduled hearings are as follows: 

  • 7 p.m., Jan. 28 at Oxon Hill High School—6701 Leyte Dr.
  • 7 p.m., Feb. 4 at Dr. Henry A. Wise High School—12650 Brooke Ln., Upper Marlboro
  • 7 p.m., Feb. 12 at Laurel High School—Spartan Hall, 8000 Cherry Ln. Laurel
Budget Hearings will be streamed live on the county’s website at www.princegeorgescountymd.gov on the dates listed above.
