A preliminary investigation indicates the Sebring lost control and traveled off of the roadway, striking a tractor-trailer. The car came to rest underneath and between the tractor-trailer and a car carrier parked off of the roadway.
The tractor-trailer was unoccupied, the police said. The car carrier had one occupant who refused medical treatment at the scene.
