Dorsett admitted to robbing a Baltimore City bank on July 29, 2019, the U.S. Department of Justice noted. After his arrest and release on Sept. 24, 2019, the DOJ accused Dorsett of robbing banks in:

  • Baltimore City
  • Baltimore County
  • Prince George's County
  • Washington, D.C.

Dorsett used a note threatening that he had a gun in these robberies and two other attempted ones, prosecutors added.
