PGCPS Targets In-Person Classes For Nearly All Students This Fall
PGCPS won't offer hybrid classes in the fall. The school system instead hopes to host in-person learning for nearly all students.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Prince George's County Public Schools will not offer hybrid classes this fall. The move follows guidance from the Maryland State Department of Education and State Board of Education.
PGCPS instead hopes to offer completely in-person classes for nearly all students next school year. A limited number of students can apply to continue virtual classes.
The online option will only be available to students who excelled during distance learning or have medical conditions that make it unsafe for them to return to school.
