Ronald Slotterback, 77, of Bowie, father of three, grandfather of four, died peacefully at his home Sunday morning.
The Shamokin, PA native was a manager for United Airlines for 33 years. He was also a member of the grounds crew at Bowie Golf Club for over 30 years, where he was an early member. Ron was a founding member of the Bowie B.P.O.E #2309 as treasurer.

Ron is survived by Jeannette, his loving wife of 57 years.
A visitation will be held at Beall Funeral Home in Bowie on Thursday evening, Sept. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Pius X Church on Friday, Sept. 4 at 10:30 a.m.

Ron was a devoted husband, father and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.
