A family found this sick cat outside. They nursed him back to health, and now he needs a forever home. The SPCA hopes to find him a family.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Patch recently partnered with the SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's County. Each week, we will bring you the cutest pets looking for homes. Here are this week's adorable adoptables. Click on their names for more information.

Rajah

Personality: I am a big boy who really likes to be petted and cuddled as much as possible. I will even let you pick me up and carry me around just so I can get more pets. I really like to jump up on things and climb around, so you might want to keep your breakables away from me. I want to play with my new family too. I have a favorite toy that I love to play with, and I will bring it with me if you take me home!

Hobbies: Looking out the window, jumping up on tables and shelves, napping and playing with my favorite toy.

Favorite Toys: A fishing pole with some colorful worms on the end of it.

Favorite Napping Spot: In the closet on top of the dresser.

How I Came To The SPCA: I was wandering outside, sick and lonely. A kind family took me in and helped me get well, but they couldn’t keep me and surrendered me to the PGSPCA so I could find a loving forever home.

Dream Family: I would love a home with another male cat to play with, or humans that would love to play with me and pet me all day long. It would even be a bonus if they will let me sleep with them. I would like to have lots of yummy food and treats too.

The local SPCA is a volunteer-run organization that does not operate a physical shelter. Volunteers house the animals in their own homes until they are adopted. Every pet up for adoption is listed here. To start the adoption process, fill out this form. Anyone with questions can call (301) 262-5625 or email pgspcavol@gmail.com.
