Hingham High School Student Recognized as a “High School Hero” By Boston Cannons and Plymouth Rock Assurance

Student Jack Hennessey was recognized as a Plymouth Rock Assurance High School Heroes recipient.

HINGHAM, MA - From the Boston Cannons: Hingham High School student Jack Hennessey was recognized by the Boston Cannons as a Plymouth Rock Assurance High School Heroes recipient during the team’s game on June 22 at Harvard Stadium. The Cannons created the High School Heroes series to honor a high school lacrosse player who demonstrates character and leadership on and off the field.

While Jack has been a leader on the lacrosse field for Hingham, he also has taken on a role as a leader in the community. He was named the chair of a committee that was responsible for improving the culture at his school. Jack also helped set up a Senior Community Service Day, where the seniors at his school went around town to complete several assignments to give back. He has also used his lacrosse skills to help young athletes in the sport.
