Hingham Opens Football Postseason Against Bishop Feehan Friday
The Harbormen will open the postseason by taking on sixth-seeded Bishop Feehan.

HINGHAM, MA — Hingham High School's football team, which finished the regular season at 5-2, was seeded third in the MIAA's Division 3 South playoffs. The Harbormen will open the eight-team tournament Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. when they host six-seeded Bishop Feehan High School (4-3).
If Hingham wins Friday's game, they will advance to play the winner of Duxbury (6-1) vs. Milford (3-4) on either Nov. 3 or 4 at a time to be announced after the opening round is complete.
The MIAA switched to a playoff format in 2013. The state semi-finals are scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 17 and 18, with state championship games scheduled for Dec. 2 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. For more on the state football tournament, see the MIAA football Website.
