It's time for the Hingham Public Library’s 13th children's summer art contest! The national theme for summer 2021 is …“Tails and Tales”, stories about animals.

The Hingham Public Library invites children (ages 3 - 14) to create art that celebrates fairy tales, animals and stories about animals. All art forms are welcome — drawing, painting, 3-D, sculpture, etc. Use your imagination and have fun!

Please e-mail a digital copy of your artwork to hijuv@ocln.org. Two winners, drawn at random, will win a $25 gift card. Artwork submissions will be featured on the library website. Selected images will be included on our summer program materials and in our summer e-mails.

All submissions must be accompanied by this permission slip and the deadline for submissions is Friday, May 21, 2021.
