Are you new to Hingham or looking for something fun for the kids to do this summer? Then you’ve come to the right place! With programs for kids ages 2.9 - grade 8, Hingham Recreation is bringing the fun this summer! The Rec offers Half Day Preschool (ages 2.9-4), Full Day Preschool (ages 4-5), Playground (grades 1-5), and South Shore Country Club Camp (grades 2-8)! Preschool and Playground camp run for 10 weeks (June 24ththrough August 30th). With one week sessions that offer Mystery Mondays, Tremendous Tuesdays, Wacky Wednesdays, Themed Thursdays, and Fun Fridays, campers (and parents) are able to sign up for the sessions that best suit their wants and needs. Each camp offers a myriad of fun with the opportunity to meet new friends and learn new activities throughout the summer.
Preschool is offered in half day or full day sessions. Half Day sessions are for kids ages 2.9-4 and operates Monday through Friday from 8:45am-11:45am ($130/Week), while Full Day sessions are for kids ages 4-5 and runs Monday through Friday from 8:45am-2:45pm ($180/Week). Each program offers a wide variety of fun in the sun, as well as Tie Dye Days, Field Trips, Story Times, and Last Blasts!
The Playground program is offered to kids in grades 1-5 and operates Monday through Fridayfrom 9:00am-3:00pm ($170/Week). As the kids in these age groups move from block to block, participating in everything from volleyball, arts & crafts, soccer, the game room, and more, they’ll definitely go home exhausted from their day! Playground also offers weekly trips to the Country Club Pool as well as a field trip or a last blast day to end the week on a high note!

Country Club Sports Experience is a program reserved for kids in grades 2-8. In this summer program, kids will experience tennis, golf, and swimming, as well as a bonus camp block! Each sport is instructed by one of the Pros who will teach campers the correct way to play and become better! The program runs weekly, Monday through Friday from 8:45am-1:15pm ($250/Week) for 8 weeks (June 24th through August 16th)
