Hingham's Top 10 Fastest Men And Women: Boston Marathon Results

This year's Boston Marathon saw 37 Hingham runners power through the 26.2-mile race all the way to the finish line. They're all heroes in our book, but the top finishers deserve a shout out.

Cameron Smith, 36, was Hingham's fastest runner, finishing with a time of 3:15:12. The fastest woman was Tracie Jewell, 43, who crossed the finish line with a time of 3:37:06.
