“We created videos so that all family members could weigh in on the choices and see the apartment home virtually,” says Karmin Der, Linden Ponds’ sales counselor. “All four daughters were able to join in on Mom’s decision.”

Rita chose a spacious corner apartment home with two bedrooms. Her house sold within a matter of weeks and she used a Linden Ponds' preferred moving company.

Rita’s daughter Anne Sweeney says all the siblings are pleased their mom is settled at Linden Ponds.
Rita says her neighbors made her feel welcome from day one. “I had a wonderful neighbor who poked her head in on one of my first days and said, ‘I made reservations for us to have dinner tomorrow night with some friends,’” Rita says.
“Another gal up the hallway said, ‘I’d like you to have dinner with me and a friend,’ and the friend turned out to be an old neighbor of mine from Scituate.”
