Nickerson Real Estate Partners Announces New Property Manager

Lisa Rakouskas Named Property Manager at Sconset Landing

BOSTON, MA (June 20, 2019) – Nickerson Real Estate Partners (Nickerson RE) announces that Lisa Rakouskas has joined the brokerage firm as a Property Manager. Rakouskas’ responsibilities include daily property management operations at Sconset Landing in Hanover, MA.

Prior to working with Nickerson RE, Rakouskas spent time as Marketing Coordinator and Office Administrator at ReMax Best Choice in Natick, MA. There, she was responsible for managing transaction paperwork, banking, and marketing strategy. Rakouskas graduate from Salve Regina University with a BS degree in Psychology.

Rakouskas currently serves as the on-site Property Manager at Sconset Landing, a 60-acre residential development in Hanover, MA. Sconset Landing offers 130 luxury townhomes and condominiums, and Nickerson RE now services maintenance requests, manages contractors for snow/trash removal and landscaping, and oversees other homeowner needs. Each month, homeowners at Sconset Landing are invited to come together and discuss any property concerns with Rakouskas.

“Prevention and proactive procedures are the best way to maintain the investment that each homeowner has made in a property,” says Rakouskas. “My goal is to build relationships with all members of the community and serve as a liaison between homeowners and construction/maintenance teams.”

Rakouskas’ new role will streamline communication between homeowners and developers from pre-purchase through sale, and then through each homeowner’s day to day life within Sconset Landing. Rakouskas is working to foster a strong sense of community throughout the neighborhood, organizing the neighborhood book club, yoga sessions and future pet events. Recently, she completed FEMA training for Disaster Housing Recovery Preparedness.

Nickerson RE currently serves as the exclusive real estate sales, marketing and property management for the Sconset Landing development.
