Nantasket Beach Slashes Parking Spots Due To Coronavirus Concerns
The popular Hull beach will cut spots in half as of Friday amid a rise in positive cases in the South Shore town.

HULL, MA — Parking spots will be at a premium at a popular beach for South Shore residents for the foreseeable future.
The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, and Hull town officials, announced that starting Friday the number of parking spots at Nantasket State Beach Reservation will be reduced by half amid coronavirus concerns. That will cut out about 500 spots per day for area residents who don't have access to resident town beaches along the South Shore.
The reduction comes amid a rise in positive coronavirus cases in Hull.
