New Vietnamese Restaurant Coming To Cohasset

COHASSET, MA — South Shore foodies rejoice. A new Vietnamese restaurant will open its doors in less than two weeks.

Thu and Khanh Nguyen are a Quincy family who spent years working in Vietnamese restaurants across the state. On Dec. 12, the two of them open Nguyen's Kitchen. The family told Wicked Localthat owning their own restaurant means achieving a lifelong dream.

The Nguyen's told Wicked Local they are aiming to create a family-friendly place where people can enjoy authentic Asian cuisine.

Nguyen's Kitchen is located where the Blu Mussel Tavern used to be at 156 King Street. Expected hours for the eatery are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., on Sundays.
