First 'Taste of Somerville' Participants Announced

SOMERVILLE, MA - Davis Square's "Taste of Somerville" is scheduled for Wednesday June 8 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m and some exciting restaurant participants have been announced.

This year's Taste will benefit Somerville CAN, a collaboration of 11 organizations that are: helping to shelter mothers and children who are victims of violence; growing healthy food on urban farms; creating jobs for youth; helping new residents become acclimated; helping the elderly; and supporting local business development.

General admissions is $50 and tickets are $15 for children under 12; VIP passes are $75.
